Michael,
I have pressure tested my Jensen Interceptor gas cap on a scrap filler neck and it starts to give a faint hiss at about 3psi. Before I changed to a softer gasket rubber, it would hiss more like 1 psi. Is this sealing adequate to prevent fumes from entering the cabin?

Hello Richard,
thanks for the reply, you are obviously a pioneer like john Chatham. Interesting that the JE pistons were not up to the job. Based on your experience, I’d like to follow your design, if that’s OK. Can you tell me the dimension/details of the Saenz rods for the Camry pistons?
